Tomatoes growing

My San Marzano is over a foot tall now. I went out last night and spied a flower on the vine. We snipped it off because it is too early for it to bear fruit. Tomatoes at this stage will sap energy from the plant. We want this thing to grow tall and bushy with tons and tons of plump juicy tomatoes!
