I always try to eat delicious food. Unfortunately I don't have that much money, so I have to cook a lot of it at home. But thats OK because I love cooking and I love eating at home with my wife. This is a website with my favorite recipes and a little bit of commentary.

Exciting news!


The Louisville Taco Tico just opened. Spies report that the place is packed both inside and out. It is so popular that they run out of food! When I was back in the hometown over the weekend I stopped by for a sancho. It was as good as always! I haven't been to the Louisville one but I am going very soon. Full report to follow.
