Honey Curried Thai Chicken Skewers

For a tasty appetizer try some of these.

Honey Curried Thai Chicken Skewers

2 T butter
2 T honey
2 t Dijon mustard
2 t curry powder
a dash of cayenne peper
a dash of salt
1 pound chicken, cut into strips

Dump everything into a bowl and marinate chicken for a while. (2 hours to overnight) Put chicken on skewers and either cook on the grill until done or back in the oven on a cookie sheet at 450 until done.
